How to Check UGVCL Bill History

To view all the history / past bills / payment details for UGVCL company you must be registered on this portal. Please follow all the step by step instruction mentioned below with images.

1. Go to https://portal.guvnl.in/login.php

2. You must be registered on e-Vidyut Seva portal. If not registered then click the link and see how to register => How to register ?

3. Login With OTP. Enter your registered mobile number then select UGVCL as DISCOM and then click on Login.

4. Now As per your bill category click on Add LT Account or Add HT Account or Add Agri Account . to add New Account for that Consumer Number.

• LT : For Resident home connection ( Village or City ) or Small & Medium Commercial Connection less than and Upto 40 kw. NOTE : LT consumer number must be of 11 Digit.
• HT For Lage Industrial Connection. NOTE : HT consumer number will be of 5 Digit.
• AGRI : All Agriculture ( AG ) Connection.

5. Now you have to check your last bill for Consumer No / Last Bill Date and Last Bill Reading. If you don’t have the bill then you can click on the link given in the Point No 6. and see how to download or check the last bill details check the bill details and enter the all 3 details as mentioned in the bill image below after Point No 6.

6. DOWNLOAD LAST UGVCL BILL COPY and then add the 3 details as shown in the image below.

7. Click on Bill History as shown in the image below

8. After adding the consumer number the list of the added consumer numbers will appear on the following page. If the list does not appear please go to the home page and then click on Manage Account and re-visit this page,
