How to check and download PGVCL HT Connection past bill copy

To view all the history / past bills of PGVCL and Download as a PDF please follow all the step given below with image illustration.

1. Go to https://portal.guvnl.in/login.php

2. Then Signup / Register on e-Vidyut Seva portal. If you are already a USER then please skip Sign up Steps.

3. After Successful registration you can login through OTP.. Then click on Manage Account.

4. Now you have to check your last bill for bill date and last bill reading. If you don’t have the bill then you can check the bill details from the link given below and enter the details as mentioned in the image below.

5. DOWNLOAD LAST PGVCL BILL COPY and then add the 3 details as shown in the image below.

6. Click on Bill History as shown in the image below

7. After adding the consumer number the list of the added consumer numbers will appear on the following page. If the list does not appear please go to the home page and then click on Manage Account and re-visit this page,

8. After clicking on View Bill, it will redirect to save page for the following bill , you have to select Save as PDF and then click on the Save button.

NOTE : If you are viewing on mobile, then you can save bill directly as PDF.
