Update mobile number and email address in PGVCL Bill Online

1. Open the www.pgvcl.com Website in your browser.

2. Click on “View/Pay Bill & Add/Update Mobile Number & Email ID”

3. Enter your 11 digit consumer number and click on “I’m not a robot” Checkbox. Fill the captcha images and click on verify button.

4. Click on “Search” button.

5. As a result, you will see the customer Name, Address, Bill date, Last bill date, Due Date and Bill amount and Download eBill. Below eBill you can find the Update Mobile and Email button.

6. Below that you will see Update Mobile and Email ID button click on that “Update Mobile and Email ID” button.

7. You will have to enter your consumer number again and then the consumer’s name, registered mobile number and email address will get display if already registered and if not then you can enter your mobile and email as new entry.

8. You can see boxes for entering new mobile number and new email address. Enter new mobile number and new email address in it.

9. Click on “Update” button. ( If new entry then it may show ADD button )

10. OTP will be sent to your mobile number and email address.

11. Enter both the OTPs in the respective boxes.

12. Click on “Confirm” button.
