Please note the details will be fetched according to the bill you are using to pay via QR CODE. For ex : if you are scanning the QR code on your past bill it will fetch the details of that bill, so make sure you scan the correct bill which you want to pay. You can adjust the amount on the payment page according to your bill.

If your Phone scanner not working properly then you can use popular apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, or any other app to scan it and it will fetch and give you the link to copy or open a direct link to pay the bill on QUICK PAYMENT PORTAL. You can then pay VIA Bill desk.

NOTE : This will take you out of the application from which you Scan the Code. The link will take to QUICK Payment Portal.
