How To Add Consumer Number On GUVNL Portal

To view all the history / past bills and details about your consumer number for any DISCOM company you must be registered on GUVNL E-Vidhyut Seva portal and register your Consumer Number as per you company name to avail all the benefit regarding the details and online facility. Please follow all the step given below with image illustration.

1. Go to GUVNL e – Vidhyut Seva PORTAL

2. Then Signup / register on e-Vidyut Seva portal. If you are already a Registered User then Skip Signup Process.

3. After Successful registration you can now login through OTP.

4. After login click on Manage Account.

5. As per your bill category click on Add LT Account or Add HT Account or Add Agri Account . to add New Account for that Consumer Number.

• LT : For Resident home connection ( Village or City ) or Small & Medium Commercial Connection less than and Upto 40 kw. NOTE : LT consumer number must be of 11 Digit.
• HT For Lage Industrial Connection. NOTE : HT consumer number will be of 5 Digit.
• AGRI : All Agriculture ( AG ) Connection.

6. After adding all the 3 details correctly as shown in the image below click on Submit button. Don’t know the details ? See the point no 7.

7. To fill the above details you will have to check your last bill copy for consumer number / last bill date / last bill reading and add it as it is.

8. Click on your related DISCOM company and find your last bill copy and add the 3 red marked details as shown in the bill image below.

• FOR MGVCL : DOWNLOAD LAST MGVCL BILL COPY and then add the 3 details as shown in the image below.
• FOR UGVCL : DOWNLOAD LAST UGVCL BILL COPY and then add the 3 details as shown in the image below.
• FOR DGVCL : DOWNLOAD LAST DGVCL BILL COPY and then add the 3 details as shown in the image below.
• FOR PGVCL : DOWNLOAD LAST PGVCL BILL COPY and then add the 3 details as shown in the image below.

9. After adding the consumer number successfully refresh the page. If the consumer number did not appear in the list after the page refreshed then go back to Manage Account and re-visit this page again.

10. Hopefully you will be able to see the Consumer number now in a list box as shown in the image below. Now you can see the all electricity bills and payment receipt of your consumer number. To see all bill click on Bill History as shown in the image below.
