DGVCL New Light Connection Documents list for City and Village February 27, 2024March 10, 2024 5 (1) When you apply for a new light connection in DGVCL for resident ( House light purpose ) in Village or City the below mentioned documents are required in order to compliance and become applicable applicant to get a new light connection under DGVCL . FOR VILLAGE CONNECTION Application form (A-1 form). ( Fully Filled with Signature ) Passport size Photograph Light bill of nearest consumers. or consumer number. 4. When Applicant Is the Owner : Any one of the Photo Identity proof & Any one of the Ownership proof is required from the below mentioned list . Photo Identity Proof (Any One)Ownership Proof (Any One)Aadhar CardIndex Copy (Akarni Patrak)Electoral Identity CardRegistered Sale DeedDriving LicenseVera Receipt (Latest)PassportCertificate of Ownership issued by Government authority.Pan CardLetter of AllotmentRation CardOther if required in case demanded by DGVCL Staff.Any Government Agency / Or Government Body Issued Identity Card When Applicant Is a Tenant / Company / Or Having more then 1 partner please see 5 / 6 / and 7 point mentioned below. 5. If the person who is applying for new light connection is a tenant in the premises ( House ) then the Rent Agreement or notarized lease deed on Rs.300/- Stamp Paper must be submitted along with the above mentioned document. 6.. In case if a applicant is Trust, Educational Institute, Associated with Government Department or Government Department or is a Company then the Application form ( A-1 ) must be signed by Legal Authority entity / person or any Authorized person who has a sufficient legal rights / power. 7. In case if there are more than one person / partner associated with the premises property then all undertaking notarized of Rs. 300/- on stamp paper must be submitted. 8. NOC ( No Due Certificate ) from DGVCL office.. 9. Registration Charge 40 Rs. FOR CITY CONNECTION Application form (A-1 form). Passport size Photograph.
