When you need to change the name in the Agriculture Light bill ?

1. Whenever you buy any new land property the previous owner’s name need to be change.
2. Whenever the land property is inherited (Varsai) from family member, then you should change the name in the bill.
3. Or any other situation where it is necessary to change.

Document required when you buy land property is listed below :

1. Application form (A-1 form) (( Fully Filled With Signature )
2. Passport size Photograph
3. Copy of last or latest light bill
4. Newly 7-12, 8-A and 6-Number (ઉતરોતર નોંધ)
5. Copy of sale deed document.
6. 16-Number from Talati Mantri
7. Notarized consent on stamp paper of Rs. 300/-
8. If there is more than one person or partner in the land, all person otarized consent on stamp paper.of Rs. 300/-
9. Any one of the Photo Identity Proof from the below mentioned list.

• Aadhar Card
• Pan Card
• Driving License
• Electoral Identity Card
• Ration Card
• Passport
• Photo Identity Card issued by any Government Agency / body

Document required when land / property is inherited are listed below:

1. Application form (A-1 form) with applicant’s signature and photograph
2. Copy of last or latest light bill
3. New 7-12, 8-A and 6-Number (ઉતરોતર નોંધ)
4. 16-Number from Talati Mantri.
5. In Case if person is no more (DIED) death certificate is necessary.
6. If there is more than one person or partner in the land, all person notarized consent on stamp paper.of Rs. 300/-
7. Any one of the Photo Identity Proof from the below mentioned list.

• Aadhar Card
• Pan Card
• Electoral Identity Card
• Driving License
• Passport
• Ration Card along with Passport size Photo
• Photo Identity Card issued by Government Agency / body
