MGVCL Documents required for NEW Agriculture (AG) Connection

When you apply for MGVCL new AG connection the below mentioned document is required. These are the common document that required for new ag connection but some time in some case there might be other document need to be submitted.

1. Application form (A-1 form)
2. Passport size Photograph
3. Copy of nearest agriculture consumers.
4. New 7-12, 8-A and 6-Number (ઉતરોતર નોંધ)
5. 16-Number from Talati Mantri (પાણી પત્રનો દાખલો)
6. Notarized consent on stamp paper of Rs. 300/-
7. If there are more than one person or partner in the land, all person notarized consent on stamp paper.of Rs. 300/-
8. Consumer Number or Consumer Bill of the Nearest Connection.
9. Any one of the Photo Identity Proof from the below mentioned list.

• Aadhar Card
• Pan Card
• Driving License
• Electoral Identity Card
• Ration Card
• Passport
• Photo Identity Card issued by any Government body.
