Eligibility Criteria : Before applying, for any new LT Residential Light Connection make sure you meet the criteria. Get Application A1 Form : To get the application form visit nearest PGVCL office or download the form online from the official website. => VISIT PGVCL SITE 3. Fill Application Form : Complete the application form with accurate and up-to-date information. Site Inspection : PGVCL may conduct a site inspection to verify the details provided in your application. It’s called Lineman Survey Report, Ensure that the premises are accessible during the inspection period. 8. Connection Approval : Once your application is reviewed and the site inspection is successfully done , PGVCL will approve your new connection. You will be then notified about the approval, and your Estimated Quotation will be processed ( FQ ). Once processed successfully Estimated Quotation ( FQ ) will be sent to your home address provided in the application via POST, you will receive SMS from PGVCL office if mobile number is provided and the same is active or you can even visit office to know the status or to collect and Pay your estimated quotation ( FQ ). ( NOTE : There is 1 Month Time limit to pay the estimated quotation fees after estimated quotation ( FQ ) is processed by the Office and hand over to you .) For example Up to 2 kw for Residential connection estimated amount is 3500 Rs. + GST 18% 9. Test Report FEE : Once the registration process / Estimated Quotation process and payment against both is done then fill and Submit Test Report from authorized Electrical Contractor. Test Report will be conducted and filed with your application. Test report fee is 20 Rs. + GST 18% 10. Installation of Meter and Connection Well done! PGVCL connection will now get processed. Meter & Service wire will be installed at your premises as soon as possible as per the sequence and and time limit process of PGVCL . Once completed and everything is installed you can start using electricity. In the next billing cycle of meter reading you will get your first consumption bill.
