DGVCL Documents required for NEW Agriculture (AG) Connection

When you apply for new AG ( Agriculture ) meter connection the below mentioned document are required to be submit.

1. Application form (A-1 form)
2. Passport size Photograph
3. Copy of nearest agriculture consumers.
4. New 7-12, 8-A and 6-Number (ઉતરોતર નોંધ)
5. 16-Number from Talati Mantri (પાણી પત્રનો દાખલો)
6. Notarized consent on stamp paper of Rs. 300/-
7. If there are more than one person or partner in the land, all person notarized consent on stamp paper.of Rs. 300/-
8. Consumer Number or Consumer Bill of the Nearest Connection.
9. Any one of the Photo Identity Proof from the below mentioned list.

• Aadhar Card
• Pan Card
• Driving License
• Electoral Identity Card
• Ration Card
• Passport
• Photo Identity Card issued by any Government body.
